2. Memecoin Disclaimer

$MICHI is a meme coin with no intrinsic value or expectation of financial return. It is a community-driven token created for entertainment purposes. Meme coins are highly volatile and speculative — you could lose your entire investment.

Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not recommend buying, selling, or holding any cryptocurrency. Always do your own research (DYOR) and consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from the purchase, sale, or holding of $MICHI or any other cryptocurrency.

3. MichiPoints & Gamification

MichiPoints are a non-transferable, non-monetary reward system used for engagement tracking on this website. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or cryptocurrency, and do not represent any form of ownership, security, or financial instrument.

Points can be earned through activities including:

• Daily check-ins (10 points, with streak multipliers)
• Submitting tweets mentioning $MICHI (50 points + engagement bonuses)
• Uploading memes (25 points, awarded upon moderation approval)
• Having a meme featured (100 bonus points)
• Visiting the 3D gallery (5 points per day)
• Playing arcade games (5 points per game per day)

We reserve the right to modify, adjust, reset, or discontinue the points system, point values, earning rates, streak multipliers, and any associated rewards at any time, without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to:

• Changing point values for any activity
• Adjusting streak multipliers and cooldown periods
• Modifying or removing engagement bonuses
• Resetting leaderboards or point balances
• Adding, changing, or removing rewards and prizes
• Discontinuing the gamification system entirely

Any rewards or prizes associated with the leaderboard are distributed at our sole discretion. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, type, or timing of any rewards.

4. Tweet Verification

When you submit a tweet for points, we verify it through the public FxTwitter API. Only tweets from your authenticated X account, posted on the current day, and containing "$MICHI" or "$michi" are eligible. We store the tweet URL, text excerpt, and engagement metrics (likes, retweets) for point calculation.

Attempting to game or manipulate the points system (including but not limited to fake engagement, bot activity, or submitting misleading content) may result in point deduction or account suspension.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of memes and content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on this website. All uploads are subject to moderation.

Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing on others' rights, harmful, or violates any applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

6. Account & Authentication

Accounts are created through X (Twitter) OAuth. One account per X identity. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your X account. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised X credentials.

7. Limitation of Liability

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site, including but not limited to financial losses from cryptocurrency investments, loss of data, or service interruptions.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
